On November 26, 2021 ‘Non-Exclusive Recruitment Consultant Agreement’ was signed between Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University and Grand China Education Consultant LLC and Chengdu U will be Education Technology companies. According the Agreement the Chinese company will organize the students’ mobility program for Chinese students to study at Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
